1-intransitive verb
This verb is called the intransitive verb, which is limited to the subject like
I sleep.
He laughs.
The sun rises.
I sleep.

2-The Transitive verb
Is that kind of verb which the object is also necessary with the object and remains unstable without the object. like "I ate." It is an incomplete sentence because we do not understand which kind of thing be eaten but when we tell"I ate an apple. then we understand completely.
Note: only transitive verb convert in to passive voice.

The first two sentences are stronger, they sound like an accusation. the3ᴿᴰand 4ᵀᴴsentence are weaker ,they sound like "saima" or "the cobbler" did nothing more sinister than a load of laundry.
Use the passive voice when you do not need to tell the reader who is acting or when the agent (the person who does the action)is not known or is not important .
Tea is grown in Pakistan.
Urdu is spoken all around the Pakistan.
Active: Waseem will prosecute trespassers
Passive:Trespassers will be prosecuted.
