Tense Active voice Passive voice
Simple present tense Verb form: first form of the verb
Examples
They speak Urdu here.
He speaks Urdu.
Verb form: is / am / are + past participle form of the verb
Examples
Urdu is spoken here.
Urdu is spoken by him.
Present continuous tense Verb form: is/am/are + -ing form of the verb

Examples
The hunter shooting fires now.
My father is giving me some mony.
The dyer is dying my shirt.
Verb form: is/am/are + being + past participle form of the verb

Examples
Fires are being shot by the hunter now.
I'm being given some mony by my father.
My shirts are being dyed by the dyer..
Present perfect tense Verb form: has/have + past participle form of the verb

Examples:

I haven't given up hope.
She hasn't ridden a horse.
They haven't repaired the furniture.
Verb form: has/have + been + past participle form of the verb

Examples:

Hope hasn't been given up by me.
A horse hasn'tbeen ridden by her.
The furniture hasn't been repaired by them.
Simple past Verb form: past tense form of the verb

Examples:
He waited for you in rain.
I felt very sorry for you.
My mother sent for the doctor.
Verb form: was/were + past participle form of the verb

Examples:
You were waited for by him in rain.
A glass was broken by Ram.
The chance was missed by you.
Past continuous tense Verb form: was/were + -ing form of the verb

He was astonishing her.
The teacher was solving the sums.
The little girl was plucking flowers.
Verb form: was/were + being + past participle form of the verb

She was being astonished by him.

Past perfect tense Verb form: had + past participle form of the verb

Examples
He had not looked after his children well.
Munawar had not helped the needy.
Verb form: had + been + past participle form of the verb

Examples:
His children had't been looked after well by him.
The needy had't been helped by Munawar.
Simple future tense Verb form: will/shall + first form of the verb

Examples
They will reach on a right decision.
My brother will perform his show.
Verb form: will/shall + be + past participle form of the verb

Examples:
A right decision will be reached on by them..
His show will be performed by my brother.
Future perfect Verb form: will/shall + have + past participle form of the verb

Examples
The boys will not have mended their ways.
The dogs won't have barked at you.
Verb form: will/shall + have + been + past participle form of the verb

Examples
Their ways will not have been mended by the boys.
You will not have been barked at by the dogs.
